REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Digital Content Delivery:
Just Bad Network (a subsidiary of Just Bad Media LLC) provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. Once a digital download is initiated or a subscription-based video is accessed (streamed), the "product" is considered "consumed" and "delivered."
No-Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for:
- Partial subscription months.
- Digital VOD downloads once the download link has been generated.
- "Just Bad Credits" or virtual currency once they have been added to your account.
Subscription Cancellations:
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Just Bad Network library until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
Technical Issues:
If you experience a technical problem preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact our support team at [Support@ justbadnetwork.com ]. If the issue is on our end and cannot be resolved, a credit or refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Just Bad Media LLC.
Chargebacks:
Unauthorized chargebacks or "friendly fraud" will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and a ban from all Just Bad Media LLC platforms. We actively contest all fraudulent chargebacks with evidence of content access and IP logs.
